TimeBridge allows you to set up, manage, and run your meetings efficiently and effectively. Its scheduling tool allows you to quickly find the best time to meet with just one email, plus you can easily add audio and web conferencing services to your meetings. TimeBridge's collaborative meeting tools help you manage your agenda, share files (via Box), and assign action items. You can even make sure everyone remembers your meeting with automated email and SMS reminders.
To use TimeBridge, first click "Add Application" here in the listing. Then, right click on a file or folder and select "Schedule with TimeBridge." You will be redirected to TimeBridge to start planning your meeting.
Once on TimeBridge, you can begin scheduling your meeting by entering the email addresses of meeting attendees, the meeting topic, and any message you would like to include in the invitation. Then, propose up to five potential meeting times on the calendar. Finally, select a location, set an agenda, add any action items you would like to assign to attendees, and add any files (hosted on Box). Once you have completed your meeting invitation, you will be prompted to either log in to your TimeBridge account or create a new one for free. When you have done that, your invitations will be sent out!
