Convene is an award-winning enterprise-grade mobile solution for document access, meetings and collaboration. With Convene, you can instantly access documents and meetings on the cloud and collaborate with others in real-time, in the same location or remotely.
With Convene's Box integration, you can access documents or files from your Box account and use it in a meeting.
To access your box documents from Convene, first install Convene from Google Play (http://yoz.io/r/q1) or Apple Appstore (http://yox.io/r/qZ).

Inside Convene, open My Documents and then tap the Box Account option. Documents or files you download are automatically imported into the Meeting Portal and can be used in a meeting.

If you already have a Box app open, you can just open any document or file supported by Anywhere Pad (Microsoft Office documents, images, or PDF) and Convene automatically accepts the files from the Box app, uploads it to your Convene Portal account, and converts it to PDF.
